HOW IT WORKS

▍REQUEST YOUR REPAIR

Online request. Please make sure you have read all our repair requirements provided above.

Drop-off. Bring in your drone to our center to get help in person.

Mail-in service. Please contact us before you ship it to us.





▍PACK YOUR ITEM

Securely package your item to protect against damage in transit and arrange to ship it to our location. Please send us the complete kit especially the Quadcopter, Controller and Battery.

▍CREAT A MAGIC SKY ACCOUNT

We’ll email you a link where you need to create your Magic Sky Account.

Your Magic Sky Account is the account you use to access all Magic Sky Repair Service, check the status of a repair that’s already documented and make the payment.



▍ DIAGNOSIS

We'll perform a diagnostic test after we receive your drone to identify the issues and determine what repairs are needed to get your drone back in the air.



▍ESTIMATE

We’ll send you a detailed estimate within three working days indicating all the repairs needed to restore your drone and the costs that would produce.





▍APPROVAL

We need to obtain your approval of the estimate giving us permission to start the repair.

If you do not agree please let us know, and we’ll return your product and you’ll be asked for a $55 diagnostic fee and a return shipping.




▍ REPAIR AND INSPECTION

Once the repair is approved and authorized, we’ll start to fix your drone and give it a test flight to be sure we have done our work correctly after the repair.

If you require your item fixed within a specified time please contact us requesting a Rush Service: $79 additional, 2 working days turnaround from the day your Magic Sky Account is set up.

On average, depending on the type of service, your repair might take up to 5-7 business days.


▍ ASK FOR PAYMENT

With your drone fully repaired and flight tested, we’ll email you a final invoice with a payment link.

  • Pay online through payment link in invoice email.
  • Pay by phone at (415) 872-9689


▍ PICKUP

Once your payment is complete, you’ll be notified that your drone is ready for pick up.

You could either pick it up in our store or have the drone shipped to you.

If your repair requires shipping, we’ll need to send you another invoice charging you a shipping fee.
