Shipping Policy

We ship products to USA and Canada. We offer free shipping for orders over $99 (Some items are excluded from the free shipping service, which have been clarified on the item page). Please kindly note that free shipping service is only available for the orders with the USA shipping address. As to the orders posted to Canada, we do not offer free shipping at present.

Delivery Time:

It spends 1-2 business days to arrange the shipment for you. We use Fedex as the main shipping method. UPS and USPS are also available. The delivery time will be different according to your shipping address.

Please note that we will post your item in 1-2 business days when your payment is confirmed. If you want to cancel the order when your product is posted, you need to pay for the shipping cost.

Damaged in Delivery:

If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier.

Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items:

All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. We highly recommend you view unboxing videos for each product. Contact us to report a missing or damaged item from shipment.

Please note:

The recipient is solely responsible for the carton count on shipments; any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and a claim must be filed with the carrier. Any shipping error must be reported within five days (5) of receipt. Claims made post-delivery will not be honored. All original cartons and packaging must be kept with the damaged product for carrier inspection. Any third party or collect shipments are the sole responsibility of the Customer. This includes carrier fees, shipping damage, refusals, loss, or theft.
